Administrative Assistant LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant in McLean, VA. This is a contract opportunity for a growing and fast-paced company. This role entails providing day-to-day support for the office. Our ideal candidate will have administrative experience with wonderful organizational skills and possess the ability to multitask.   • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications in a professional manner.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
  • Prepare, edit, and distribute documents, reports, correspondence, and presentations.
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Assist with data entry, recordkeeping, and database updates.
  • Coordinate office supplies, mail, shipments, and general office needs.
  • Support team members with administrative projects and special assignments.
  • Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service as needed.
