Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Remote Telehealth Role
Location: West Virginia
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 a year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Job Summary:
We're seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide remote therapy services to individuals, couples, and families across West Virginia. In this role, you will help clients work through relationship concerns, emotional stress, family conflict, life transitions, and behavioral health challenges through structured telehealth sessions.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy through a secure telehealth platform
  • Complete clinical assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Support clients in building healthier communication and coping skills
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Follow all ethical, legal, and state licensing requirements

Requirements
  • Active LMFT license in West Virginia
  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
  • Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
  • Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic records
  • Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
