Automotive Technician / Mechanic Job Responsibilities:
  • Automotive technicians / mechanics perform work specified on maintenance and repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with dealership and factory standards
  • We run a busy, clean, productive shop with a team environment and factory training
  • Automotive Technicians / Mechanics diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, etc. to specification
  • Automotive technicians / Mechanics provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs
  • Automotive Technician / Mechanic explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors and customers
  • Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay abreast with rapidly changing technology
  • Inspect and test new vehicles and recording findings so that necessary repairs can be made
  • High-line experience preferred

Job Requirements for Automotive Technician / Mechanic:
  • Must have experience as an Automotive Technician/ Mechanic
  • Must be willing to invest and grow in your chosen profession
  • Continue to engage in mandatory paid training
  • Posses a valid drivers license
