Job description

The factory/production laborer will report directly to the Plant Manager and be responsible for assisting in the production process on multiple levels. This is a hands-on position in an industrial facility and will require basic factory labor ability.
Responsibilities include:
  • Working in the production area as assigned, which will include filling bags, loading the products, handling distribution of the product and warehouse inventory. 
  • Operating various production equipment such as packing and blending machines.
  • Performing work in a fast paced environment while maintaining quality of production.
  • Timely and reliable work attendance every day.
  • Different shifts available with OT.
  • Promotions and upward Mobility from within the company.
