Job description

Mohnton Factory team is seeking a detail oriented shipping associate to help maintains records of inventory, reconcile discrepancies in inventories, and notify Supervisor of irregularities.
Responsibilities
  • Outbound shipping from our BM-owned Factory to our BM Warehouse and/or Retail Locations
  • Pulling, Packing, Shipping & Processing Purchase Orders.
  • Track and report daily shipping totals.
  • Coordinate and arrange shipment details with Freight Carriers and Shipping Couriers.
  • Coordinate product pick-ups / drop offs with local 3rd Party Vendors.
  • Labeling, Replenishing, Sorting, Auditing, Packing with Strong Attention to Detail.
  • Communicate with other department leads on production flow and processes.
  • Assist with performing cycle counts for product and supply audits as needed.
  • Meet Safety, Quality, Productivity, Behavior and Attendance Expectations.
  • Operate computerized scanning equipment and working knowledge of the following: Google Suite, Email, Slack, Bartender, Courier/Freight Carrier Software.
  • Ensure ship stations are stocked with supplies and order as needed.
  • Equipment; Auto Folding Table / Auto Poly Bagger, Pallet Jack, Computer, UPC Scanning Equipment / Zebra Label Printer, Company-owned Van. 
  • Apparel/Textile industry experience preferred, but not a required.
  • Voluntary overtime as needed.
  • Maintain a clean working area.
  • Work in a safety sensitive environment.

  •  Problem Solving:  Able to solve practical problems and interpret and resolve problem issues using a variety of instructions or guides furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Able to work by standing, reaching, bending. Occasional lifting (max. 50lbs) and walking.
