Closet Factory Omaha is growing, and we're looking for skilled installers and finish carpenters who take pride in their work.

We're currently moving into a brand-new facility with new equipment, improved workflow, and a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement. If you're looking for a long-term career where your craftsmanship matters and your work is appreciated, we'd like to talk with you.

This is not a production construction job. Every project is custom. Every installation is different. We are looking for professionals who enjoy solving problems, delivering quality work, and creating an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do
  • Install custom closets, garages, home offices, pantries, entertainment centers, and storage systems

  • Read drawings and installation paperwork

  • Load and unload materials safely

  • Perform finish carpentry and trim work as needed

  • Maintain a clean and professional jobsite

  • Communicate with customers professionally

  • Represent the company with pride and professionalism

What We're Looking For
  • Experience with cabinet installation, finish carpentry, millwork, remodeling, or related trades

  • Ability to read a tape measure and use hand and power tools confidently
