Position Overview: Closet Factory is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our manufacturing team as a Factory Shop Worker. In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with our team in the production of custom closet organization systems, ensuring the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship are maintained throughout the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate machinery and equipment in the manufacturing process, including saws, drills, sanders, and other tools.
  • Assemble and install hardware components according to specifications.
  • Follow designs and work orders to ensure accurate production.
  • Perform quality checks to identify and resolve any defects or issues in the product.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient manufacturing environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
