Job Title: Technical Sales Engineer - Automation & Robotics
Position available in: Elk Grove Village, IL

Broetje Automation is the world’s leading expert & OEM in aircraft manufacturing automation and robotics, working with the top names in our industry. Worldwide locations include: Germany, USA, France, United Kingdom, China, and Japan. US locations include: Charleston (SC), Savannah (GA), Wichita (KS), Mobile, (AL) and Seattle (WA).
Summary: This is a hybrid engineering and customer-facing role focused on developing technical proposals and solutions for advanced automation systems. The role partners with customers and internal teams to define scope, develop pricing, and drive North American sales efforts.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Compensation: $100,000 - $140,000

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead development of technical and commercial proposals, including scope definition, solution design, and pricing

  • Work with sales teams to understand customer needs and support proposal development
