In this remote position, you will enjoy a flexible yet structured work environment that promotes work-life balance. The typical schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional evening or weekend hours as needed to accommodate client requirements. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to analyze the psychosocial needs of students, factoring in their emotional, mental, and social wellbeing.
• Develop individualized care plans that reflect each student's unique goals, preferences, and challenges, working collaboratively with families and educational staff.
• Provide high-quality counseling and emotional support to students, aiding them in navigating life transitions such as adapting to new social environments, coping with family challenges, or managing academic pressures.
• Act as a strong advocate for students and their families, connecting them with essential community resources and services, thus ensuring they receive the support necessary to thrive.

The primary focus of this role is on students within the school system, encompassing a diverse range of backgrounds and needs. You will work closely with children and adolescents, helping them to cope with academic stress, emotional difficulties, and personal challenges. The ideal candidate will understand the unique dynamics of school-based social work and possess a passion for making a meaningful difference in students' lives.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• At least two years of experience in a social work role, with a preference for experience in school settings or working with children and families.
• A strong understanding of social work principles, aging-related issues, and available community resources that are relevant to the student population.
• Exceptional assessment, counseling, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex cases sensitively and effectively.

• Previous experience working within a school environment, understanding the interdisciplinary nature of education and mental health.
• Familiarity with interventions that support student mental health, including crisis intervention strategies and therapeutic modalities.
• Knowledge of educational policies and practices, particularly those relevant to mental health and special education needs.

The compensation for this full-time position is competitive, with an annual salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
