Job description

Join our dedicated facilities team and play a vital role in maintaining a safe, high-quality environment for our patients and staff. In this position, you will provide essential maintenance and repair services across multiple premier healthcare locations, including Lincoln Surgical Hospital, Eye Surgical Associates, Nebraska Surgery Center, and Sutton Dermatology + Aesthetics.

Schedule:ย Full-time (80 hours/pay period) | Monday โ€“ Friday | 2:00 PM โ€“ 10:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance & Repair:ย Install and repair building fixtures and equipment across all owned and leased properties.
  • Project Collaboration:ย Coordinate with various departments to complete work orders and renovation projects efficiently.
  • Equipment Oversight:ย Maintain tools and supplies (drills, saws, etc.) to ensure they are safe and ready for use.
  • Operational Excellence:ย Continuously improve operations, streamline workflows, and provide seamless customer service.
  • Documentation:ย Maintain accurate service records and administrative logs to support facility operations.
  • Emergency Response:ย Provide critical support for emergency repairs as needed.
  • High school diploma (or equivalent) and relevant facilities maintenance experience.
  • Valid state driverโ€™s license.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
