The Network Operations Center (NOC) Analyst / Engineer supports the real-time operation of SB Energy's mission-critical infrastructure environments, including hyperscale AI campuses, enterprise networking systems, carrier connectivity, OT-integrated infrastructure, and facilities operations platforms. This role operates within a 24x7 operational environment supporting uptime, incident response, escalation coordination, and operational continuity across networking, facilities, security, and infrastructure systems. The ideal candidate is operationally disciplined, technically capable, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments where communication, escalation ownership, and procedural execution are critical.
Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and respond to operational alarms within a 24x7 NOC environment
  • Support operational monitoring of enterprise networking, WAN/carrier infrastructure, wireless systems, BMS/EPMS platforms, OT-connected systems, and physical security infrastructure
  • Perform first-level troubleshooting, ticket management, incident logging, and escalation coordination •
  • Execute SOPs, MOPs, and operational runbooks with strong procedural discipline
  • Maintain accurate operational logs, shift turnover notes, and incident documentation
  • Coordinate with engineering, facilities, cybersecurity, commissioning, and vendor teams during operational events
  • Support onboarding and operational integration of new systems, sites, and infrastructure
  • Participate in operational readiness and turnover activities as facilities transition from construction into operations
  • Support monitoring platform updates, alarm tuning efforts, and operational improvement initiatives
  • Participate in cross-training initiatives between NOC, SOC, and FOC operational teams
  • Support day-to-day monitoring and operational response activities across mission-critical infrastructure systems
  • Escalate operational events in accordance with approved operational procedures and workflows
  • Maintain situational awareness during outages, maintenance activities, and operational events •
  • Assist with operational communications and event coordination during incidents
  • Support operational documentation, reporting, and workflow management activities
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors during troubleshooting and maintenance activities
  • Assist with onboarding and integration of new infrastructure systems into operational monitoring platforms
  • Promote a professional, process-driven, and customer-focused operational cultur

Qualifications:
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in information technology, engineering, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in a NOC, SOC, telecom, data center, utility, industrial, or mission-critical operations environment. •
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals including switching, routing, WAN connectivity, and wireless systems. •
  • Experience working in shift-based or 24x7 operational environments. •
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills. •
  • Ability to remain calm and process-driven during operational incidents and escalations. •
  • Strong attention to detail and operational discipline. •
  • Proficiency in ticketing systems and monitoring platforms required
  • Experience supporting data center or critical infrastructure operations
  • Exposure to BMS, EPMS, SCADA, DCIM, or OT-integrated environments
  • Experience supporting Cisco or Palo Alto environments
  • Experience supporting carrier circuits or WAN infrastructure
  • Exposure to commissioning, operational turnover, or infrastructure onboarding activities
  • Industry certifications such as CCNA, Network+, Security+, or ITIL preferred

Location: On-site
Base Pay: - $100k-$140k
The pay range mentioned above is a guideline. We tailor each offer based on your unique skills, experience, location, and market benchmarks-while ensuring internal parity across our teams. In addition to competitive base pay, total compensation may include a discretionary annual bonus and a market leading comprehensive health and wellness benefits package.
