Schedule:  Full-time | Rotating | Care-2 weekdays (Mon-Thur) 8am-7pm, on Friday 8am-2pm or 2pm-7pm and every other weekend 8am-4pme Care

How you’ll make an impact in this role
  • Deliver a high-standard patient experience by managing the full check-in/out lifecycle, including meticulous verification of demographic information and required documentation.
  • Ensure seamless patient flow by proactively managing appointment scheduling, insurance authorizations, and medical record releases.
  • Oversee the revenue cycle by accurately entering, reviewing, and submitting daily charges for all patient procedures and services.
  • Safeguard departmental revenue by managing co-payment collections and performing precise daily reconciliation of reports and deposits.
  • Maximize departmental productivity by providing reliable administrative and clerical assistance tailored to the team's operational needs.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
    • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

What additional preferences we're seeking

1 year experience in an ambulatory setting, ustomer services skills, able to multitask, check-in and out, drop claims preferred.
