Job description

Lead a high-performing, multidisciplinary team in the management of all Goosehead corporate offices. This role is ideal for a leader with expertise in project management, physical assets, real estate, vendor management, and policy creation and implementation.

Responsibilities
  • Support the management of Goosehead’s corporate real estate portfolio by launching, relocating, and/or decommissioning locations.
  • Work closely with satellite office leadership to ensure company initiative compliance, general office cleanliness, office organization, and spend.
  • Interface and manage relationships with property managers, architects, contractors, and other vendors on a regular basis.
  • Implement policies and procedures that ensure the optimal functioning of Goosehead spaces and associated physical assets.
  • Manage the budget and spending related to all aspects of Goosehead offices, including vendors, supplies, repairs, maintenance, and renovations.
  • Plan projects focused on effectively utilizing spaces and resources to support the company's physical facility and space needs.
  • Conduct evaluations of current facilities to assess short-term and long-term space needs.
  • Prepare and review designs, layout plans, specifications, and standards that comply with building regulations, industry best practices, and company requirements.
  • Generate, monitor, and update project plans and timelines with task details, deliverables, and status updates.
