The pay range for this position is $80,168 to $82,000 annually.

The Role
 
As a Senior Facility Manager, you will lead the facilities function across multiple centers, develop your Facility Managers, and make sure every location in your region stays safe, reliable, and fully operational, moving as comfortably through repair cost trends as through a mechanical space.
 
What You'll Do
  • Oversee facility operations across multiple centers, ensuring equipment reliability, asset protection, and consistent maintenance standards
  • Coach and develop Facility Managers and maintenance teams, strengthening technical skills and troubleshooting capability across the region
  • Lead and refine preventative maintenance programs to maximize uptime across lanes, arcade attractions, building systems, and F&B equipment
  • Manage regional facility budgets, capital repairs, vendor contracts, and inventory with financial discipline
  • Analyze performance trends including downtime, repair costs, and equipment life cycles to drive efficiency improvements
  • Provide direct technical support across centers during high-volume periods and critical equipment failures
What You'll Bring
  • 5 or more years of facilities leadership with experience managing teams across multiple locations
  • Strong technical background in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
  • Proven ability to develop facility teams and improve operational uptime across a portfolio of locations
  • Advanced financial acumen including capital planning, repair forecasting, vendor negotiation, and cost control
  • Strong command of safety standards, risk management, and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to lift 50 or more pounds, climb ladders, and work in mechanical and technical spaces
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
