Part Time Facility Maintenance Technician

McKeever RV – Sweetwater, TN

McKeever RV is seeking a dependable and hands-on Part Time (2-3 days per week) Facility Maintenance Technician to maintain and improve our dealership property and facilities. This position plays a key role in keeping our buildings, lot, and overall property safe, functional, and professional in appearance.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine building maintenance and repairs (electrical, plumbing, lighting, etc.)
  • Maintain dealership grounds, parking lots, and fencing
  • Handle minor construction and repair projects
  • Coordinate and oversee outside contractors when needed
  • Conduct preventative maintenance inspections
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from management and staff
  • Assist with storm preparation and cleanup when necessary

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of facility maintenance or related experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general repair
  • Ability to operate basic tools and equipment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
