Job Summary and Qualifications

Establishes work schedules · Manage the ordering of supplies and services to maintain expenses within budget. Oversees accomplishment of services · Respond to building system casualties and takes immediate action to restore services · Tracks preventive maintenance to ensure Maintenance Mechanics and Senior Maintenance Mechanics accomplish assigned tasks within the month assigned · Assigns tasks and repairs to Maintenance Mechanics and Senior Maintenance Mechanics and verifies that assignments are completed correctly and in a timely manner · Assesses training needs and arranges for needed training · Perform preventative maintenance and repairs as needed.

What qualifications you will need:
    • Technical Associates Degree preferred
    • 5 years related experience is required
    • Prior experience in a healthcare setting is required
