  • Respond to facility-related emergencies and coordinate appropriate resolution.
  • Maintain accurate facility records, project documentation, warranties, contracts, and vendor information.
  • Travel approximately 10% to company locations, project sites, and vendor/contractor locations.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Facilities Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in facilities management, commercial construction, construction project management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience managing construction, renovation, and facility improvement projects.
  • Strong understanding of commercial building systems, maintenance, and construction practices.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and facility/project management systems.

What We're Looking For

The successful candidate will be someone who understands construction, knows how buildings operate, can effectively manage contractors and vendors, and takes ownership of safe, efficient, and high-quality facilities.
