Job Description

We are seeking a Facilities Engineer to provide technical expertise and support in the design, construction, and maintenance of facilities across all departments. This position focuses on ensuring a safe, efficient, and cost‑effective working environment, while also providing high‑quality customer service to all team members. The successful candidate will work with a variety of vendors and contractors to ensure facility needs are met.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Review existing electrical and HVAC systems
  • Support maintenance and repair of existing building systems, equipment, and components
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with all safety codes and regulations
  • Analyze and resolve facility and infrastructure issues
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of systems and equipment
  • Partner with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost‑effective repairs and maintenance
  • Develop and implement plans to improve facility efficiency and reduce costs
  • Monitor the use of preventative maintenance programs
Job Requirements
  • Senior Level – 7 years professional experience
  • Journeyman Level – 4 years professional experience

Education: Bachelor's level degree in an Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline desired; but not required.
