About the role
As a TriZetto Facets PBA Consultant, you will make an impact by delivering and optimizing bundled payment solutions using the TriZetto Payment Bundling Application (PBA) and GenAI-powered TriZetto Assistant within Facets. You will be a valued member of the Facets Delivery team and work collaboratively with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure accurate pricing, seamless configuration, and production stability.
In this role, you will:
Lead end-to-end delivery, configuration, and support of TriZetto Payment Bundling Application (PBA)
Configure and optimize bundled payment models, ensuring pricing accuracy and compliance with reimbursement logic
Leverage TriZetto Assistant (GenAI capability) to enhance configuration efficiency and decision-making
Support Facets claims adjudication processes, including integration and pricing workflows
Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system stability in live environments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable Facets solutions
Continuously improve processes by incorporating automation and GenAI-driven insights

What you need to have to be considered
Strong hands-on experience with TriZetto Payment Bundling Application (PBA)
Experience working with TriZetto Assistant (GenAI capability) within Facets
Solid understanding of Facets claims adjudication, pricing, and integration architecture
Strong knowledge of bundled payments, episodic care models, and reimbursement methodologies
Proven ability to manage end-to-end configuration and support in healthcare payer systems
These will help you stand out
Experience implementing or optimizing bundled payment solutions in large-scale healthcare environments
Familiarity with automation and AI/GenAI use cases in Facets or similar platforms
Strong problem-solving skills with experience resolving production incidents
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders
Exposure to healthcare payer domain trends and regulatory requirements
Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position will be in the range of $110K - $125K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
