Many people choose Faceless jobs for privacy, flexibility, or to focus on skills rather than personal branding. They are common in remote work and freelancing industries.

This role has the potential to transition into a longer-term position based on performance and team needs.
Location: Brooklyn NY
Responsibilities:
  • Own the content creation process from concept to final delivery for in-house content needs
  • Pitch content ideas with a strong focus on reach, engagement, and storytelling, supporting brand growth and community building across Instagram and TikTok
  • Partner with the social team to identify UGC partners and curate asset requests
  • Create multiple pieces of high-quality, aspirational content including reactive concepts that lean into fast paced cultural/social conversations
  • Create face forward and faceless content to support brand needs (ie. You're willing to be on camera and film yourself!)
  • Act as the point person for BTS content capture at shoots, events, and in office
  • Edit using mobile tools, templates, or scrappy workarounds to make magic from brand assets, UGC, and your own footage
  • Collaborate with the team to analyze performance, spot trends, and evolve content strategy based on learnings
  • Use brand content and guidelines to create social assets across social platforms
  • Partner with the Creative Team to support social needs while preserving brand identify

Requirements:
  • 1-3+ years creating content for a beauty, lifestyle, or fashion brand (in-house, agency, or as an established creator)
  • Strong portfolio of short-form content for Instagram and TikTok with a clear grasp of what drives reach, engagement, and shareability - not just polished production
  • Comfortable being face-forward on camera (filming yourself, presenting, reacting) as well as producing faceless/product-first content
  • Sharp cultural awareness - plugged into trends, sounds, formats, and conversations, with the speed to turn ideas around while they're still relevant
  • Proficient editing on mobile tools (CapCut, InShot, or similar) and comfortable working scrappy - templates, trending formats, quick turnarounds over heavy post-production
  • Strong storytelling instincts and ability to pitch original concepts, not just execute briefs
  • Experience capturing BTS/on-the-ground content at events, shoots, or in an office setting
  • Collaborative mindset - able to work closely with social, creative, and community teams while keeping output on-brand
  • Comfortable using performance data/insights to inform what you create next
