Social Media, Education, & Events Coordinator

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to manage our social media, marketing efforts, educational programming, and event coordination. This multifaceted role plays a key part in promoting our brand, engaging our audience, and delivering high-quality educational experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media & Marketing

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Create and schedule engaging content (text, image, video) aligned with brand voice

Education Coordination

  • Plan and implement educational workshops

  • Liaise with educators, speakers, and participants to ensure program success

Event Planning

  • Organize and manage logistics for events

  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and volunteers

  • Develop promotional strategies to drive attendance

Additional Responsibility:

Meeting Minutes Management

  • Attend relevant meetings and accurately record key points, decisions, and action items

  • Distribute finalized minutes promptly and follow up on assigned tasks

  • Maintain organized archives of all meeting records for future reference

  • Maintain positive relationships with our Membership


Compensation:

$17 - $18 hourly
