Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individuals and groups dealing with grief, loss, and other psychological issues associated with hospice care.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that consider the unique needs and circumstances of each client.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary remote team, including nurses and medical social workers, to provide comprehensive care, ensuring all aspects of the client's wellness are addressed.
• Utilize electronic health record systems to maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress, adhering to professional and regulatory standards.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client cases, share best practices, and reflect on complex emotional challenges encountered in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Clinical Social Worker at Face To Face Therapy, you will primarily serve individuals and families who are navigating the emotional complexities associated with hospice care. This includes providing support to patients facing end-of-life issues and assisting their families in managing anticipatory grief and emotional distress. Qualifications

• A completed Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid and active LICSW license to practice in the state of Washington.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in clinical social work, preferably with a focus on hospice or palliative care.
• Proficiency in conducting assessments and creating treatment plans responsive to individual client needs.
• Strong ethical standards and a commitment to providing culturally competent care.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a hospice or palliative care environment, with a demonstrated understanding of the physical, emotional, and social issues faced by patients and their families.

Compensation and Benefits

In recognition of your skills and commitment, Face To Face Therapy offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 110,000.
