Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices to address diverse mental health needs.
• Develop, implement, and modify comprehensive treatment plans in alignment with clients’ goals, regularly evaluating their progress and adapting approaches as necessary.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of client interactions, including progress notes and treatment updates, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate closely with fellow remote team members—such as psychiatrists, nurses, and counselors—to ensure integrated care and optimal patient outcomes.
• Engage in regular supervision and peer consultations to enhance professional growth and treatment efficacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele ranges from adolescents to adults experiencing acute and chronic mental health conditions, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and substance use challenges. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 – $110,000 annually, reflecting your experience and contributions to the organization.
