Job description


We are currently hiring for a Quality Control Inspector. The Quality Control Inspector's role is to inspect parts in the various stages of production, including finished goods, to verify conformance to the drawing and internal requirements in order to meet or exceed the customers' expectations.

Job Requirements:

Must have experience in a manufacturing QC environment, including electrical and mechanical assembly inspections
Must have knowledge of how to properly use a tape measure to include fractions
Proficiency in viewing and interpreting fabrication drawings
Physical abilities to lift 45 lbs unassisted

Primary Job Responsibilities:

Inspect materials or assembled parts and products for defects and deviations from specifications.
Observe and monitor production operations and equipment to ensure conformance to specifications and make or order necessary process or assembly adjustments.
Capture non-conformance information to notify management on process / product issues.
Work with Quality, Environmental, H&S employees to ensure and maintain compliance with safety, operational, and regulatory standards of Quality
Has the obligation to be aware of and comply with environmental, safety policies and regulations and always endures duties of high-quality standards
Special assignments as necessary.

Quality Control Inspector will go through 3 stages:

1. visual - make sure there's no damages & specs are painted w/ correct color
2. mechanical - make sure all parts are installed correctly
3. electrical - assure electrical components function properly
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Hours: 7:00am to 4:00pm with occasional overtime as needed
$23-26/hr.
