Job description

En tant que Data Engineer (MS Fabric), vous contribuez à la mise en place de nos fondations modernes en data et en IA sur Microsoft Fabric. Vous concevez et maintenez des pipelines de données évolutifs et gérez des architectures lakehouse dans OneLake, afin de garantir en continu à notre business des données fiables et actualisées pour le reporting et la prise de décision. Vous collaborez étroitement avec les équipes ICT et les métiers, et appliquez les meilleures pratiques en matière de gouvernance, de monitoring et de traçabilité des données (data lineage).

Vous extrayez des données, notamment depuis Dynamics 365/Dataverse, vers Microsoft Fabric et les transformez en modèles de données robustes et réutilisables pour l’analytics et le reporting (Power BI/Excel).
Vous rendez les données disponibles depuis Fabric/Datalake pour différentes applications internes afin de faciliter leur consultation.
Vous aidez nos équipes à générer plus rapidement des insights grâce à un framework ETL/ELT standardisé intégrant le logging, le monitoring et une data lineage claire.

Responsabilités
  • Concevoir, développer et monitorer des pipelines de données dans Microsoft Fabric (Pipelines, Dataflows Gen2, Notebooks/Spark) et gérer les structures Lakehouse (Delta/Parquet).
  • Modéliser les données pour le reporting (modèles sémantiques) et garantir des performances optimales pour les requêtes vers Power BI/Excel.
  • Mettre en œuvre la gouvernance (droits d’accès, contrôles de qualité, data lineage) ainsi que le CI/CD pour les assets data.
  • Collaborer avec les stakeholders afin de traduire les besoins fonctionnels en solutions techniques et en spécifications claires.
  • Expertise solide en Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, Lakehouse, Pipelines, Dataflows Gen2, Notebooks/Spark) en Power BI ; la connaissance de Dataverse/Dynamics 365/Azure Inegration Services est un atout important.
  • Maîtrise du néerlandais, du français et de l’anglais.
  • Travail structuré, bonne documentation et suivi des évolutions en data engineering.
  • Minimum 3 ans d’expérience en tant que Data Engineer ou dans une fonction similaire.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication avec les équipes business et IT, tout en veillant à la qualité technique et au respect des standards d’architecture.
