Location: Hybrid - Dallas Tech Hub (Dallas, TX) or Fort Wayne, IN
Role Overview
We are seeking Full-Stack Developers with strong backend and integration expertise to support enterprise applications. Candidates must be able to work across the stack, from front-end development in React to backend services in .NET/C# or Java, with SQL and cloud integrations. The role emphasizes backend development, messaging systems, and cloud-native services, requiring hands-on experience with AWS Lambda, Kafka, and SQS.
Core Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain full-stack applications (React front-end + .NET/C#/Java back-end).
  • Design and implement messaging solutions using Kafka (producers/consumers) and SQS.
  • Build and optimize .NET services and AWS Lambdas for scalable integrations.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for data validation, reporting, and backend support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, high-performance solutions.
Must-Have Qualifications
  • Strong backend/integration experience with C#/.NET, SQL, messaging systems (Kafka/SQS), and AWS Lambda.
  • Proven ability to work vertically across the stack (front-end React + back-end services).
  • Hands-on experience building cloud-based services and integrations.
  • Ability to work onsite at Dallas Tech Hub or Fort Wayne, IN (location priority given to these sites).
  • Must be eligible to convert to full-time employment without sponsorship.
