  • Diagnose and repair commercial systems
  • Respond promptly to service calls, provide accurate quotes, and deliver effective, longterm solutions
  • Perform preventative maintenance to ensure system reliability, performance, and safety
  • Utilize company apps and client software for realtime reporting, inventory management, and job tracking
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams; maintain company vehicle and tools in good working condition

  • Commercial Handyman Technician Qualifications
  • 12+ years of commercial handyman service experience
  • Proven ability to work independently with strong time management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Proficient with mobile technology and able to learn clientspecific software and job management systems
  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to pass background and drug screening
  • Physically capable of lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, and working in various indoor and outdoor environments

  • Familiarity with energy management systems (EMS/BAS)
  • Backflow certification (a plus if working on crosstrade projects)
