Operational Excellence As a Server at F1 Arcade, your role is to deliver exceptional service that contributes to a fun, high-energy, and memorable guest experience. You will bring our commitment to quality hospitality to life by maintaining high service standards, being attentive to detail, and ensuring every guest feels welcome and well cared for.

Guest Interaction Creating a warm, welcoming, and genuine connection with guests is central to your role. By actively listening and understanding their needs and preferences, you help personalize their visit and ensure they feel valued. Your thoughtful and attentive service plays a key part in enhancing the overall guest experience and building lasting impressions.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Guest Service & Experience

  • Provide warm, engaging, and knowledgeable service to all guests.
  • Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
  • Anticipate guest needs and personalize service to enhance their visit.
  • Handle guest questions, concerns, or complaints with professionalism and urgency.

Operational Execution

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service area.
  • Follow all company service standards and procedures, including opening, running, and closing duties.
  • Support team members and management in achieving smooth service flow.
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar to ensure accurate and timely order delivery.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with hosts, bartenders, runners, and other servers to ensure a unified and efficient service.
  • Participate in pre-shift briefings, service recaps, and ongoing training.
  • Provide support in other areas of the venue as needed to meet guest needs and operational demands.

Product Knowledge

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all menu offerings, ingredients, and promotions.
  • Make informed recommendations to guests and upsell where appropriate.
  • Understand dietary requirements and allergens and communicate clearly with the kitchen team.

Basic Physical Requirements

When working at an F1 Arcade venue, Team Members must be able to perform the duties of that venue. The team member will frequently sit for short periods of time, talk via Cloud Based video conferencing and the phone often, and hear and manipulate objects constantly.

Additional requirements will include lifting up to 10 (ten) pounds constantly and up to 50 (fifty) pounds as required. Lifting from floor to shoulder constantly and overhead infrequently. Twisting and reaching frequently. Grasping objects to move or manipulate constantly. Working in hot then cold environments for extended periods of time. May inadvertently bump into team members in a relatively small work area. Will stand and walk for extended periods of time. Frequent hand washing and sanitation is required. Ability to use knives, slicing equipment, and other food preparation equipment. Team Member must be able to communicate with Guests and other Team Members and manipulate handheld and desktop devices.
