Job description

You will be the Aero Eng Manager - AMMM & F35 Design Support, F35 Cert, and IFG ASIP for the AMMM & F35 Design Support Team which is responsible for advancing missioncritical design and certification initiatives.


What You Will Be Doing


As the Aero Eng Manager - AMMM & F35 Design Support, F35 Cert, and IFG ASIP you will be responsible for providing oversight of electronic verification of drawings, CAM execution, and compliance with ASIP and certification requirements while driving innovative solutions.


Your responsibilities will include:



  • Oversee electronic verification of AMMM and F35 drawings, CAM execution, and ensure compliance with ASIP and certification mandates.

  • Identify and embed AIdriven enhancements and digitalthread solutions to boost product quality and schedule performance.

  • Lead talent management across the performance cycle, including reviews, careerdevelopment dialogues, awards, promotions, hiring, reductions, and performanceimprovement initiatives.

  • Build and sustain a strategic talent pipeline and knowledgetransfer programs to preserve critical expertise.

  • Collaborate across Lines of Business to deliver seamless, integrated outcomes for missioncritical schedules.
