    Job Description:

    We are seeking an enthusiastic part-time Math/English Tutor to support a small group of students (1-5 at a time) in their academic journey. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching, a strong background in math and English, and the ability to create an engaging learning environment.

    At Eye Level Learning Center, we have an award-winning curriculum that you will be facilitating with students.

    Hours:

    Tuesday: 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm
    Wednesday: 3 pm - 8 pm
    Thursday: 3 pm - 8 pm
    Saturday: 11 am - 1 pm

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct tutoring sessions for students in various grades (elementary and middle school level) in both math and English.
    • Assess students’ strengths and weaknesses to tailor lessons to their needs.
    • Implement lesson plans that align with educational standards.
    • Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere to enhance student learning and confidence.
    • Communicate regularly with students and parents about progress and areas for improvement.
    • Provide study strategies to help students excel.
