Your job:

As Director, Strategic Partnerships โ€“ NA Consulting, you will leverage our existing reach and propositions to develop strategic partnerships with NA entities of the Big 4 (Deloitte, PwC, EY, and KPMG) and other key consulting firms. Your goal will be to drive revenue growth, co-selling opportunities, and market expansion through high-impact partnerships. To achieve this, you will collaborate with senior management, sales, marketing, and product teams to embed our solutions in consulting-led engagements.

Please note that this role is based in our New York Times Square office and requires employees to work onsite four days per week. This is not a remote opportunity, so candidates should be comfortable with the in-office requirement before proceeding with the application process.

Your responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the NA partnership strategy for the Big 4 and other key advisory firms. Explore new opportunities with potential Consulting partnerships that align with strategic goals.
  • Own senior executive relationships within consulting firms, positioning Global Relay as a strategic partner.
  • Be the key point of contact relationship manager for key Consulting Partners with frequent exchange at all levels and with all relevant partner teams
  • Propose structure, negotiate, and close alliance agreements, including referrals, reseller, and revenue-sharing models, working collaboratively with CFO, CLO and CEO.
  • Drive revenue through partner-led sales, ensuring alignment between consulting firm go-to-market teams and our enterprise sales organization.
  • Develop joint value propositions and GTM strategies to embed our solutions into consulting-led engagements.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing to create joint value propositions

About you:

  • 10+ years of experience working within or with Consulting & SaaS industries
  • Experience in influencing senior level partner executives and/or partner principals to drive results
  • Network of existing relationships within Big 4, Financial Services, and other Advisory Firms
  • Strong experience in and intimate knowledge of the financial services sector and regulatory compliance is a major asset
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with experience building and scaling partnership programs and ecosystems.
  • Negotiation skills to navigate complex deals and understand legal language, facilitate meaningful conversations that lead to forming strategic partnerships

Compensation:

Global Relay advertises the pay range for this role in compliance with applicable pay transparency laws. Individual pay rates are determined by evaluating factors such as expertise, skills, education, and professional background.

The range below reflects the expected annual base salary, which is only one element of our comprehensive total rewards package designed to reflect our company pay philosophy, culture and values. We aim to foster an inspiring work environment and support employees' work-life rhythms. We provide a comprehensive health benefits program, including extended health coverage and short-term / long-term disability insurance. Employees receive annual allotted vacation days, which increase based on tenure.
