About the Role
We are seeking a high-impact Client Delivery & Solutions Leader based in the San Francisco Bay Area with prior Google experience. This role sits at the intersection of consulting, delivery excellence, stakeholder management, and growth strategy.
The ideal candidate brings the structured problem-solving and executive communication skills often developed in leading consulting organizations, combined with the ability to drive complex delivery programs and identify new opportunities for client value. They are equally comfortable leading executive conversations, shaping strategic initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence across active engagements.
This is a highly visible role that serves as a trusted advisor to Google stakeholders while helping expand QualityAI's presence through innovative solutions, thought leadership, and exceptional delivery.
What You'll Do
Strategic Client Leadership
  • Serve as the primary client-facing leader for Google stakeholders across the Bay Area, building trusted relationships and becoming a strategic advisor to key decision-makers.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Google's business priorities, organizational dynamics, and emerging challenges to proactively identify opportunities for partnership and growth.
  • Lead executive and operational stakeholder engagements, driving alignment, satisfaction, and long-term account success.

Delivery Excellence
  • Oversee delivery quality and execution across multiple programs, ensuring consistency, measurable outcomes, and exceptional client experiences.
  • Partner with delivery leaders to proactively identify risks, remove obstacles, and drive successful outcomes across complex engagements.
  • Establish and promote best practices, governance models, and operational rigor across teams.

Solutions Development & Growth
  • Translate client challenges into scalable solutions, strategic recommendations, and differentiated service offerings.
  • Develop executive-ready points of view, business cases, capability narratives, and proof-of-concepts that demonstrate measurable value.
  • Partner with sales, practice leaders, and delivery teams to shape opportunities, support RFP responses, and drive account expansion.
  • Identify emerging trends in AI, data, quality engineering, and enterprise transformation and translate them into actionable opportunities for clients.

Account Strategy & Executive Engagement
  • Contribute to account planning, QBRs, executive reviews, and long-term growth strategies.
  • Provide insights on client sentiment, competitive activity, market trends, and organizational priorities.
  • Act as a bridge between executive stakeholders, delivery teams, and solution leaders to ensure alignment and success.

Required Qualifications
  • Previous Google experience
  • 8+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, technology services, delivery leadership, account management, or client advisory roles
  • Demonstrated success managing complex programs while engaging senior client stakeholders
  • Experience developing executive presentations, business cases, strategic recommendations, or transformation initiatives
  • Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to identify and influence growth opportunities
  • Exceptional communication, executive presence, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to translate business challenges into solution frameworks and actionable recommendations
  • Based in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience within a leading consulting or professional services organization (e.g., Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG, Accenture, Slalom, Capgemini, or similar)
  • Experience supporting Google or other large technology companies in digital transformation, AI, cloud, data, platform, or enterprise technology initiatives
  • Experience developing executive-level strategy, operating models, business cases, or transformation roadmaps
  • Solutions architecture, pre-sales, or client advisory experience
  • Background in AI, data services, managed services, digital transformation, enterprise software delivery, or product engineering
