The Extrusion supervisor is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of Infill 360 manufacturing operations at the Calhoun, GA facility. The Extrusion supervisor partners cross-functionally with business and operations leaders to develop and execute strategic initiatives aligned with divisional goals, driving continuous improvement and overall performance. What you'll do:

  • Lead and manage extrusion operations, ensuring safety, quality, on-time delivery, and cost efficiency

  • Develop and execute departmental plans aligned with business objectives

  • Direct and support team members to ensure effective daily operations and high service levels

  • Balance cost, service, safety, inventory, labor, automation, and regulatory requirements to drive operational excellence

  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and all applicable regulations

  • Oversee safe operation, maintenance, and upkeep of equipment and the work environment

  • Establish and monitor KPIs; drive performance reporting and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Coach, develop, and engage team members to build organizational capability

  • Partner with Innovation and R&D to support successful product transitions to production
