What you will do:

As our Extrusion Team Lead, you will be responsible overseeing the safety and quality in the Extrusion department.

The Job:

  • Assist in printing/entering production orders.
  • Assist in updating POS’s and work instructions.
  • Assure proper quality and specs.
  • Assist in training new employees.
  • Act as a backup to the Extrusion Operators.
  • Make sure employees are working safe.
  • Keep the shop safe and organized.
  • Report potential hazards.
  • All other duties as assigned.

  • Clear and effective oral and written communications.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Good mechanical skills.
  • Able to maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Meet or exceed customer expectations.

Requirements: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years Extrusion experience.
  • Leadership experience a plus.
  • Broad knowledge of sheet and profile extrusion
  • Strong mechanical ability or knowledge.
  • Fork lift certification to be completed after successful hire.

Hours and Location:

  • Inpro World Headquarters, Muskego, WI
  • 2nd shift, Monday-Friday; 2:50pm-11:00pm
