We have immediate openings for an Extruder Operator at our New Ulm Minnesota location. No Experience? No Problem! We Will Train you! Every employee plays a key role in the success of the company!   • Setting up, operating, tearing down extrusion line
  • Performing quality checks
  • Reporting the results of production
  • Following safety protocols and maintain the cleanliness of their assigned line
As you advance and learn, responsibilities include: • Troubleshooting lines experiencing production issues • Assisting in performance improvement projects • Coaching new operators Minimum Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to lift and carry 35 to 50 lbs several time per day
  • Experience operating an extrusion line a Plus
  • Have a good mechanical aptitude and acceptable math skills
  • Ability to work while standing for long periods of time
