HVAC Service Technician Responsibilities

  • Perform residential precision tune-ups/preventative maintenance
  • Run residential diagnostic service calls
  • Repair residential systems and Install replacement parts
  • Commercial repair and maintenance as needed

HVAC Service Technician Qualifications

  • Minimum of (5) years' experience in residential with light commercial experience
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical information
  • Confident in navigating & adopting to new technologies
  • Positive and professional attitude
  • Monday-Friday with Saturday availability as well as on call availability

Requirements:

Experienced HVAC Service Technician Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age and have at minimum of three years of safe driving experience
  • Clean motor vehicle report and background check
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • EPA certification or obtain within a month of hire
  • NATE certification or obtain within 1 year of hire
  • Must be able to work in extreme conditions (ie cold, hot, dirty environment, cramped, on ladders etc).
  • Must be able to bend, reach, kneel, and stand for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 75+ lbs
  • Authorized to work in the US for any employer
