Title: Admin Assistant II
Location : Jacksonville, FL 32224
Pay: $23/hr. on W2
Duration : 12 months contract to begin with possible extension
Citizenship Requirement: US Citizens.
Client is looking for a new team member to help support the administrative routines at our Jacksonville FL Pierside location. We're looking for someone with an attention to details, a great customer service mindset, excellent organizational skills and who comes to work with a positive attitude ready to take on the day-to-day requirements.
Skills Required
Some of the core responsibilities include:
-Generating purchase requisition
-Tracking purchase orders until delivered
-Entering received material into Oracle
-Developing job assignment authorizations
-Updating excel spreadsheets
-Generating and maintaining job workbooks
- Receiving and logging packages (both inbound and outbound).
- Prepare and complete items for delivery or pickup according to the schedule (load, pack, label and ship).
- Processing pre-packaged outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy, completeness, on time delivery, accountability and the condition of the shipments meet Core Responsibilities.
- Acting as an on-site point of contact for end users regarding shipping and receiving support.
- Escorting delivery personnel and special equipment when necessary.
Experience Required
- Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role. Experience with data base entry.
