An Extended Stay Hotel Manager oversees the overall operations of a property catering to guests who require accommodations for weeks or months at a time. Daily duties typically include supervising front desk and housekeeping staff, managing guest check-ins and check-outs, addressing guest concerns, monitoring occupancy rates, and ensuring financial targets are met. Managers also coordinate periodic maintenance, oversee inventory, and implement policies to ensure a clean, welcoming, and efficient environment for both guests and staff.
