- Primarily 8-hour and 10-hour shifts

- Fast-paced Level I Trauma anesthesia environment
- Coverage across 3 facilities:
- 1 Level I Trauma Center
- 2 Community Hospitals
- Large anesthesia team:
- 30+ Anesthesiologists
- 70+ CRNAs
- Practice Model: 100% medically directed care team model (1:4)
- Hospital Size: Approximately 700 beds
