The Role

We’re on the lookout for a motivated and customer-focused Express Service Advisor to join our dealership team. In this fast-paced position, you’ll be the first point of contact for our service customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience. What You'll Do

  • Customer Interaction: Welcome customers to the service lane, quickly assess their vehicle needs, and assist them with express service options.
  • Service Communication: Clearly explain express services such as oil changes, tire rotations, battery checks, and multi-point inspections.
  • Process Management: Oversee the express service workflow from start to finish—ensuring timely updates, accurate documentation, and fast turnaround.
  • Customer Experience: Provide a positive, no-pressure experience that builds trust and encourages repeat business.
  • Efficiency Focus: Keep the express lane running smoothly by staying organized, managing time effectively, and keeping customers informed.
