Contact Center Agent - Bilingual
Location: Must be able to work at any Albuquerque or Rio Rancho location
Department: Contact Center
Pay Type: Hourly- Full Time
Hourly Rate: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:45 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. and Saturday availability between 7:45 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

The Role
MVD Express is looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused Contact Center Representative to join our team
in Albuquerque. You’ll serve as the primary guide for customer inquiries — explaining required documents for
titles, driver’s licenses, registrations, and placards, assisting with office coverage, and ensuring customers
arrive fully prepared for their MVD visits. No prior MVD experience? We’ll train the right person who brings a
strong work ethics and a genuine commitment to customer service.
What You Will Do
Customer Support amp; Guidance
✓ Assist customers by phone, chat, and email — explaining state requirements, fee structures, and exact
document checklists needed for MVD visits
✓ Guide customers on required paperwork for titles, registrations, driver’s licenses, IDs, handicap placards,
and interlock inquiries
✓ Schedule appointments and answer questions to ensure customers arrive fully prepared
✓ Provide essential assistance with office coverage and team operational needs
Accuracy amp; Communication
✓ Review customer document details remotely and provide accurate information regarding state guidelines
✓ Follow all policies on confidentiality, data security, and recordkeeping strictly
✓ Stay current on changing state regulations, documentation requirements, and operational procedures
What We’re Looking For
✓ Previous call center, customer service, motor vehicle, or administrative experience preferred, not required
✓ Strong attention to detail, data entry, and computer skills, including the ability to navigate multiple
platforms
✓ Excellent customer service and communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
✓ Valid Driver’s License, and ability to pass a criminal background check and MVR review
