Job Description

The Direct Sales Regional Marketing Manager Associate Manager is responsible for managing and directing a team of marketing team members, Marketing Development Managers, to develop and execute regional marketing strategies that drive sales and growth. This role oversees the Retail Sales regional marketing plans, has oversight for local marketing budgets, and tracks ROI of marketing spend. This position will have both a direct and dotted line matrix reporting structure that supports the entire Retail Sales footprint.

Key Responsibilities
  • Experience building and leading geographically diverse teams.
  • Proven experience managing geographically dispersed teams across multiple regions.
  • Oversees production of monthly marketing communications, shares best practices across regions
  • Makes strategic recommendations to Regional leadership for marketing spend based on ROI data
  • Tracks and reports on event results and continuously builds a list of events with the best ROI
  • Manages key vendor relationships including but not limited to print and promo, gift cards, and business partners
  • Manages the advertising/marketing spend to budget and provides oversight and reporting on funds allocation
  • Completes routine sales and marketing reports, progress calls, and meetings with Regional leaders in support of marketing objectives and initiatives
  • Performs daily administration and supervision of MDM's, including but not limited to helping drive results, executing regional marketing plans, and identifying growth opportunities
  • Maintains accountability for MDM's performance, results, and ROI on marketing spend
  • Works with MDM's to develop local marketing strategies and marketing tactics to support sales objectives throughout the year across the entire Retail Sales footprint
  • Leads, motivates, and drives success through MDM's across Retail Sales
Education
  • 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
Experience
  • 5 or more years of experience (Preferred)

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is 70,540.00 - 96,985.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
