BEIA (Business Express Insurance Agency) is a rapidly growing commercial insurance agency serving customers across 20+ states with industry-leading 5-star customer service ratings. We specialize in small business insurance with our trademark approach: "Insurance, the Express Way." We're seeking a client-focused Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, technology-forward environment and is passionate about building lasting relationships with small business owners.

Responsibilities:


  • Serve as primary point of contact for assigned book of business, managing client inquiries via phone, email, and text
  • Process policy changes and endorsements efficiently and accurately
  • Manage policy renewals and conduct proactive coverage reviews to identify gaps
  • Cross-sell additional coverages based on thorough understanding of client operations and risk exposure
  • Follow up on outstanding quotes and bind new coverage
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation in agency systems
  • Provide knowledgeable guidance on commercial insurance products including Workers Compensation, General Liability, Business Auto, Property, and specialty coverages
  • Build strong relationships that turn clients into enthusiastic promoters of our agency

Qualifications:


  • 1-3 years of customer service or client-facing experience
  • Insurance experience preferred (or strong willingness to learn)
  • Current insurance license or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
  • Exceptional communication skills - articulate, professional, and personable
  • Excellent phone etiquette with ability to explain complex insurance concepts clearly
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Proficient with technology systems and quick to learn new platforms
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
