Salary Range: $50,000 to $70,000

Role Summary
  • Strategize and negotiate rates in coordination with Supervisor and/or Manager and Strategic Yield Management including exemptions and deviations targeted at meeting business plan goals.

  • Report to Supervisor and/or Manager any deviations from the standard conditions; coordinate with relevant teams to make sure rate offer reflects the cost factor involved

  • Support Supervisor and/or Manager in providing marketing reports related to customers when setting up target accounts and departmental goals

  • Responsible for setting & maintaining guideline rates for export trades from North America in line with the strategy of the Export Marketing directive

  • Monitor, measure and take corrective action on pricing results. This requires communication of corrective action to the NA Sales staff when necessary.

  • Assist to manage/maintain tools including cost table and transit time table and develop those tools for betterment/efficiency

  • Proven abilities in fundamentals statistics and mathematical analysis.

  • May attend face-to-face negotiation meeting with customer as necessary as directed by Supervisor and/or Manager

  • Available for possible travel domestically and internationally, as required

ONE NA follows a hybrid work schedule requiring employees to work 3 days in the office (i.e. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and 2 days remote each week.

Salary commensurate with experience means your pay will be directly proportional to your background, skills, and qualifications.
