Full-time

Job description

Lead the projects. Own the details. Bring extraordinary experiences to life.

Some projects liveย in a spreadsheet.ย Ours live onย the show floor.

Jack Morton is looking for an experiencedย Senior Project Managerย - Experiential & Exhibitย Fabrication

to lead complexย fabrication, tradeshow,ย exhibition, and experientialย projects from theย first client conversationย through fabrication, installation, showย execution, andย final reconciliation.

This is aย high-impact roleย for a projectย leader who knowsย how to turnย ambitious creative conceptsย intoย real-world experiences-balancing scope, budgets, schedules, vendors, productionย teams, and clientsย while keeping everythingย moving toward openingย day.

You'll be theย person connecting theย dots betweenย creative vision andย physical execution.

When the designย is ambitious, theย timeline is tight, and there areย a hundred movingย pieces, you're theย person who knowsย how to makeย itย happen.

What You'll Own

You'll have end-to-end ownership of major programs, working across design, fabrication, logistics, installation, and live event execution.

  • Lead projects fromย client intake andย initial planning throughย design, fabrication, installation, show-site execution, and closeout
  • Build and manageย comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables
  • Translate project objectivesย into clear actionย plans for internalย teams and externalย partners
  • Keep scope, timelines, quality, and clientย expectations aligned throughoutย theย project
  • Anticipate what's comingย next and keepย teams ahead ofย critical deadlines
  • Serve as theย operational leader whoย keeps the projectย moving when prioritiesย change
Be the personย everyone can countย on

You'll work acrossย the organization andย becomeย a trusted operationalย partner to clientsย and internal teams.

You'll collaborate with:

  • Client Services & Accountย Management
  • Creative & Design
  • Fabrication & Production
  • Operations
  • Logistics
  • Finance
  • Vendors and contractors
  • Show service providers
  • Installation & dismantleย teams

You'll communicate timelines, decisions, risks, changes, and expectations clearly, especially when things get complicated.

What You'll Bring

We're looking forย aย senior project leader from the world of experiential, exhibits, fabrication, or live events not simply someone with a generic project management background.

You have:

  • 10+ years ofย project management experienceย in tradeshow, exhibit, experiential marketing, event production, fabrication, or a closelyย related industry
  • A proven trackย record managingย large, complex projectsย from concept throughย completion
  • Deep understanding ofย fabrication, production, installation, logistics, and live-eventย execution
  • Strong budget management, forecasting, cost tracking, and reconciliationย skills
  • Experience managing vendors, contractors, transportation, and show-serviceย partners
  • The ability toย read and interpretย technical drawings, blueprints, and production specifications
  • Exceptional communicationย and stakeholder-managementย skills
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solvingย abilities
  • The ability toย manage multiple prioritiesย without losing sightย of the details
  • A proactive mindsetย and the confidenceย to make decisionsย under pressure
  • A bachelor's degreeย or equivalent combinationย of education andย experience
You'll stand outย if you haveย experience with:
  • Custom exhibit fabrication
  • Experiential marketing
  • Branded environments
  • Trade shows andย exhibitions
  • Corporate events
  • Large-scale liveย events
  • Installation & dismantle
  • Scenic fabrication
  • Complex logistics andย transportation
  • Multi-vendor productionย environments
The Tools You'llย Use
  • Advanced Microsoft Excelย and Microsoft Office
  • Project management software
  • ERP/business systemsย such asย Microsoft Dynamicsย or similar platforms
  • Budgeting, forecasting,ย reporting, and financialย tracking tools
This Role Getsย You Out ofย the Ordinary

You'll work onย projects whereย the finished product isn't just delivered, it gets experienced.

You'll see yourย projects move fromย drawings and budgetsย to fabrication shops, loadingย docks, convention centers, and ultimatelyย thousands of peopleย walking through somethingย your team helpedย create.

Ready to lead what's next?

Bring your experience. Bring your problem-solving instincts. Bringย your ability toย make complicatedย things happen.

Let's build something people remember.

Last but not least, we believe in diversity, equity and inclusion.

Jack Morton is an equal opportunity employer; we strongly value diversity at our companies. We do not discriminate on race, religion, color, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, age, marital status, veteran status, or any other basis prohibited by law.ย
