Here's what we are looking for:

A talented and versatile Art Director to play a critical role in our creative team, bridging the gap between Junior and Senior Art Directors. This individual will contribute to concept development, design execution, and the visual direction of experiential campaigns. The Art Director will work closely with copywriters, strategists, and production teams to ensure creative excellence across a variety of brand activations, events, and integrated campaigns.

Responsibilities
  • Here's what you'll need to do:

    Collaborate with Senior Art Directors and Associate Creative Directors to develop compelling creative concepts for experiential marketing campaigns.Design and execute visually striking brand experiences, including live activations, digital content, branded environments, and promotional materials.Maintain a hands-on approach to design while overseeing Junior Art Directors and Designers, providing feedback and guidance.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including strategy, client services, and production, to ensure alignment with campaign goals and feasibility.Present creative ideas and concepts to internal teams and clients, articulating design rationale with confidence.Assist in managing production processes, working with vendors, fabricators, and event producers to bring designs to life.Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and experiential design innovations.Contribute to new business pitches, helping to develop presentation materials and visual storytelling.Company Credit Card & Expenses: Employees may be issued a company credit card for business-related expenses, and must ensure proper use, retain receipts, and submit weekly expense reports for approval
Qualifications
  • Here's what you got:

    3-5 years of experience in an agency or design studio, with a portfolio showcasing experiential, environmental, and campaign work.Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Visual Communications, or a related field.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and familiarity with 3D rendering and motion design tools is a plus.Strong understanding of typography, composition, and brand identity design.Experience working with fabrication and production teams to bring creative concepts to life.Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey creative ideas effectively.Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.A passion for experiential marketing, brand storytelling, and innovative design.The role may require work outside of typical business hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays, to meet deadlines or support critical projects.The position might involve on-call responsibilities or rotating shifts to ensure project coverage outside of normal business hoursThe job may require travel to meet with clients, attend meetings, or support projects.Local to Austin, TX area, and the ability to work in office Tuesdays - Thursdays
