We are seeking a motivated Leasing Agent / Assistant Property Manager to join our team and support the daily operations of our multifamily communities.

This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in property management. Working alongside experienced Property Managers and regional leadership, you'll gain hands-on experience in leasing, resident relations, compliance, and property operations while developing the skills necessary to advance into a Property Manager role.

What You'll Do

Leasing & Occupancy

  • Conduct property tours and assist prospective residents throughout the leasing process.
  • Explain community amenities, rental requirements, and affordable housing program qualifications.
  • Process applications and ensure all required documentation is collected.
  • Follow up on leads and assist in achieving occupancy goals.
  • Support resident retention efforts through excellent customer service and communication.

Resident Relations

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for current and prospective residents.
  • Respond to resident questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with lease renewals, resident communications, and community engagement efforts.
  • Help create a positive living experience for residents.

Compliance & Administration

  • Assist with LIHTC and affordable housing compliance requirements.
  • Collect, review, and process income, asset, and household documentation.
  • Complete certifications, recertifications, and file audits as required.
  • Maintain accurate resident files and electronic records.
  • Assist with regulatory reporting and inspections.

Property Operations
