Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coordinate, and manage all phases of assigned construction projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, architects, designers, engineers, trade partners, and internal teams to ensure effective communication, project alignment, and successful execution.

  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, review financial reports, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure financial goals are met.
  • Identify potential risks and issues in projects, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address challenges to ensure project success.
  • Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with project specifications.
  • Lead project meetings, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and maintain proactive and transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Foster a culture of safety by promoting and enforcing safety policies and procedures on construction sites.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing best practices across projects.
