We are looking for a detail-oriented and guest-focused Part Time Night Audit Associate to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview:
The Night Audit Associate plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth overnight operations of the hotel. This position is responsible for balancing daily financial transactions, providing attentive guest service, maintaining security during overnight hours, and preparing the hotel for the next business day. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent problem-solving skills, and is committed to delivering luxury-level service.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete daily audits of hotel financial transactions, including room charges, cash, and credit card postings.
  • Prepare and distribute daily reports for hotel management and accounting.
  • Reconcile and balance guest accounts, investigate discrepancies, and resolve billing issues.
  • Assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and special requests during overnight hours.
  • Maintain a visible presence in the lobby, ensuring guest safety and security throughout the night.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, service requests, and any emergency situations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth transitions between shifts.
  • Set up and organize materials for the following day's operations.

Qualifications:
  • Previous front desk, night audit, or hospitality experience preferred; Marriott system experience a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail with solid math and analytical skills.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
