Responsibilities
• Provide civil legal services to a broad base of existing clients
• Collaborate with our team of experienced partners, attorneys, and outstanding staff
• Conduct thorough legal research to develop strategic solutions tailored to clients' needs
• Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and briefs
• Support trial preparation
• Complete client depositions
Qualifications
• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Licensed in Colorado
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a practicing attorney
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and time/billing systems
• Demonstrated decision-making, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills
