Rondo Enterprises, a high-volume, family-owned trailer dealership, is hiring an experienced Parts Associate to support our Parts Department and inventory operations.
This Role Is For Someone Who:

  •  Has hands-on experience with trailer, automotive, or equipment parts
  •  Can quickly identify parts and assist customers without constant supervision 
  •  Is organized, detail-driven, and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once 
  •  Works with urgency and takes ownership of their responsibilities 
  •  Communicates clearly and professionally with customers and vendors 
Key Responsibilities

  •  Assist customers with parts lookup, selection, and ordering 
  •  Manage inventory, receiving, and stocking 
  •  Coordinate parts for shop and customer needs 
  •  Handle shipping (boxing/crating) and warranty claims 
  •  Maintain a clean, organized parts area 
Requirements

  • Prior relevant parts experience required (trailer, automotive, or similar) 
  •  Strong mechanical aptitude 
  •  Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment 
  •  Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented 
Job Details

  •  Full-time (40–45 hrs/week) + rotating Saturdays 
  •  Hourly pay based on experience + overtime
